bad quality of shoes

I have purchased ashoes fom your authorised shop in surat . the code no. of shoes is 801-4336-6 @ Rs. 1299.00. the shoes are of very bad quality within a 4 -- 5 uses, the outer cover is coming out very badly & it look very shabby & dirty, . I dont know how such a reputed compony product can be duplicate .
kindly exchange the same with new shoes

Inferior quality

A copy of email to Bata Shoes:

Dear Sir / Madam,

I had purchased a pair of Hush Puppies No. 10 shoes from your Camac Street outlet on 13th January 2006. I have always trusted Bata shoes and have been wearing them for the past 45 years. However, while brushing my shoes, I was surprised to find that in a span of 1 year the soles of both the pairs have cracked laterally, making them useless for further wear. It may be worthwhile to note here that I travel by car only and have never used them for rough use.

Under the above circumstances, and taking into consideration the cost of the product, I request you to let me know what action I should take, as I feel that this is definitely a case of sub -standard material and you are morally bound to replace / repair the same free of cost.

Please respond at the earliest before I make up my mind never to touch Bata Shoes again.
