"STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY"
To begin with, my order for the Batman 1960's Complete DVD Series did not arrived on time before Christmas as I was told. Finally when I received it I was extremelly dissapointed with the packeging. It was litterary poor quality photocopies of another picture. All DVD's where scattered everywhere inside old plastic VHS cases. I purchase this as a gift, I would be enbarrased to present this item to anybody. To make matters worst the DVD's wouldn't play at all. I tried in 4 different DVD players in the house and none was able to read it. All I got were "NO FILE" or "DVD ERROR" displayed. I contacted the company thru e-mail which was my only option, no phone #, no address, and all the imformation I got with my shipment is written in Chinese... That's right this is a Chinese company not American like they lead you to believe. I was told I would hear from them in between 24 to 48 hours... I'm still waiting. I contacted my banks claim department and was told they couldn't help until I return the item. I guess I'll have to pay shipping again for a garbage package worth nothing.
