DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! I was advised by 'friends' to go on-line for a cheaper deal and paid battery-locator.com for a new laptop battery. This never arrived. On 17th June I recieved an email that they had unsuccessfully tried to deliver it having shipped it on 13 May 2011, but I was 'out'. In fact, I live in a flat with five neighbouring flats, all of whom would be happy to accept it for me. Also, my wife and son would have had to be out as well. Why did it take 5 weeks to discover it was not delivered? And why are they now asking a further £5 through paypal for a 2nd delivery when there was never even a card through the door about the first delivery? Sounds like a total scam. I have emailed asking for details of their delivery company and have not had a response. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!
