I placed an order in March. I finally received the product in June, after TRYING to contact this company several times through email (no response) and through the phone number listed on their email 866-456-4887 (disconnected number, try it yourself). I promptly returned the product using their return process and it has been over 6 weeks since they have received it and I still haven't received a refund. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!

I will edit this if a refund is ever received.
