Bay Area Credit Service sent me a settlement agreement for a debit with my name on it for the amount of $9691.21 claiming its for a debit owed to Wells Fargo Dealer Services. This is definitely not my bill. This is the second time they have sent me one of these. The first one I called and they asked me for SS number details. They have my name and address. Bastards!
