I had made a reservation for 7 days at the bay bridge inn...on bookings.com the hotel had wifi, comcast cable clean rooms. i got their first off there in a bad neighborhood. i checked in the owner was nice when i got to my room it was disgusting the bathroom looked very dingy there was a horrific smell. the bed linen looked like they hadnt washed in 2 weeks and on top of that the ragedy ac/heater wasn't even working.. and they only had 15 channels to watch..i decided since i had already checked i mite as well stay beacause i dont know the town well . the next day they came banging on the door at 10 a.m. for housekepong which is kind of odd seeming as check out was at 12.. the second day i woke up at 2 p.m. beacause im on a diferent time zone it takes awhile for me to adjust i went to the office to ask for towels the son of the owner start yelling at me saying when we come around for housekeeping you need to get up and get the towels we dont give towels after that i said are you serious i just asked you to reach under the desk and hand me a towel not clean my room. i then spoke with the owner i told him i wanted to checking out.. he said ok and he would refund the remainder for my stay and for the two nites i had already stayed upon check out he refunded me the the 5 nites and told me that he would refund the 2 nites i stayed later on that day which i have never recieved..TO SUM IT UP THE HOTEL CUTOMER SERVICE IS BAD AND A DUMP AND IM PRETTY SURE THEY HAVE SOME MAJOR CODE VIOLATIONS. WHICH IM GONNA MAKE IT MY DUTY TO SEE THE CITY OF OAKLAND SHUT THEM DOWN
