My family and I ate at this restaurant on Sat 2/10/07. We had always heard that they had great food. Wait was about 45 min. Not a problem. Was seated neat a party of 20 who had also just been seated. Same waitress. Appetizer (crab dip) was not even enough for 2 people. Came w/2pcks of crackers. Steak was served cold, crab legs overcooked. Sisters order not correct. She even explained and asked questions about a particular item. They offered to get something else, but who wants to wait another 45 min? Waitress not at all concerned about the mistake. Never received refills on drinks. Had to ask for bread, which should have been served first. Spoke to manager. She offered free desert for problems. I advised that we should not have been seated so soon after a big party w/same waitress. Hostess, who TURNED OUT TO BE the owner, came back in dining area & advised she was the "stupid" one who sat us. She did not apologize for bad food or poor service. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL !!
