my car note was sold from Capital Car Credit in Austin, Texas to BayQuest without my knowledge or permission. I thought that dealing with Texas Auto Credit Soultions was horrible enough!! These companies need to seriously be investigated for fraud and misreprentation of what they say they are in business for. I know that I am not the only one with a problem with this company. I have read dozens of complaints and they are all the same. When can the little person ever get ahead, when companies like this run the country and get away with all the crooked stuff that they do? For all I care they can come pick up my car and stick it where the sun don't shine. They can sue me and take a number and stand in line wanting money. I lost my job in December of 2009 and have had my car since January of 2007. I have never been late before and I have even paid an extra $50 a month to help with intrerest. Think they care and put that into consideration on discussing my account. I can't just give them $1000 that they want. Wish that I could. I don't want to get my car repossessed and sued. I just can't help it that I am in this position. I didn't ask for this to happen. Plus my car was a flood car, cleaned up and sold to me as a "family" car. Whatever. That's why everyone tells me that it's rusted inside and out. Hmmm...don't take a rocket scientist to figure that out!! Live and learn...
