I went to the BBS*CASHWITHGRANTS-brow2se the 26 federal grant agencys site. I knew I had to pay $2.97 to get my password and username. I read the policy. I tried to go to the disabled page and found the grant I wanted but could not get to the application page. All the site did was circle 3 pages. Since I did not recieve the service I think the contract is broken. I don't think I owe the $57.61 that was charged on my credit card. I wrote a complaint a little while ago but I thought I should put in more details. The contract was broken by this company. My bank want this resolved in 2 weeks. Thank you.
