I purchased 2 DVD's from this company price and shipping were very reasonable and prompt. I was very pleased with the service until I looked at my checking account and found a $1.00 charge (?) and recurring charge of 9.95 a month. I called the 1 866 566 8437, I talked to a woman, who made a weak attempt to tell me I should have read the fine print. I politely, but firmly interrupted her and told her to cancel the recurring charge and refund my account $10.95 or I would file a complaint with my bank and let them take care of it and/or file a complaint myself with the Better Business Bureau and hire a private attorney either way it would cost there company much more than $10.95 refund.
I'm not kidding I received 2 emails within seconds of hanging up. one verified they cancelled the membership and the 2nd email verifying the refund had been sent to my account. I checked my bank account and bingo the refund was pending.
