I ordered a whole wheat everything bagel with melted chedder & bacon. Oiginally the girl, (as she did last time too) microwaved the sandwich & the cheese. So this time I nicely asked the young cashier to please toast the bagel & cheese on the grill, like they do in the deli's. So, this bagel shop had me literally wait over 15 min, (after I watched customer, after customer order & recieve their special, hot sandwiches). Finally they put my sandwich in the bag. When I got home, turned out I didn't get the wheat, everything bagel with cheese & bacon that I ordered and paid for...but rec'd wheat bread with melted cheese only. Now, normally not a huge problem...but you must understand this was special for me, since I've been on a diet & this was my reward, (a meal once a week is my reward). I am so disappointed with the bagel shop & when I called I s/w Colleen - who could care less. Again, no customer service & no concern. Sure the store makes money, but they do not make good sandwiches or give good service. I was looking forward to this special food day & it was ruined.
