We purchased the Bearflix Pro for $19.95 using Pay Pal. Once the transaction was final, we went in and tried to finish the download but wasn't able to because it required a key code which we never received. I tried to email them but wasn't able to because I do not have Outlook Express. They wasn't a phone number to contact. I'd like a refund since they can't be reached to advise of the code.
