I'm a company purchaser and made a purchase with boya.sg. I was told by their rep that we can get our shipment in 5 days. It has already been 7 days and they havnt even sent out our order! 4 days after ordering, I asked if our order was in transit, she said yes...6 days after ordering, they ask for our postal code??!!! What the hell is wrong with the service of this company??? Promising what they cannot deliver. Now our production is so delayed I can't even think of what to do next but to write this review so others would not waste their time dealing with this company. I asked for their boss's email, they wouldn't give it. So much for accountability. I hope this review will reach their boss or owners. They even tried to put the blame on me for not emailing back the postal code at pass 5pm on the 6th day after ordering. I said, shouldn't you have asked that early on? Plus we were conversing on whatsapp the entire time and suddenly you send an email and expect an instant reply? Duh?!?! So if youre a possible new client of this company, I suggest you find another distributor. This one is no good. I'm writing this on a Friday...7 days from order datell. ..and our shipment has not even been shipped!
