My power supply took about a week to get to me, maybe because of the shipping method they use. By today's standards, that is just a few days too long for me. Products that I have ordered from other companies online got to me within a couple of days. Reading past reviews, their credit card page was secure when I put my order in. Other than that, good communication, product was packed nicely, runs great. Would do business with them again. They would receive a very satisfied from me if only the shipping were a litte quicker.
