I went into the store on 02/25/10 at 12:21p.m. to ask for help on a pacific item I was having problems with. I was being served by a gentlemen who was helping me. I asked him a question about the item and he answered my question with know problem. But the young lady had made a few comments that was truly uncalled for and very disrespectful to me. The gentlemen that was waiting on me was really very nice, but the young lady was still running off at the mouth where I had to say, I was talking to the young man. And she said, well I'm putting myself in this. So I told her that I was talking to the young man and not her. As she was ringing up my items she kept talking disrespectful to me in her own language. So I felt like I was being discriminated because of my age and the color of my skin. I then informed her that I was an older women and she didn't care, she kept getting smart with me. I can't argue with people because of my condition, I get sick when I get upset. The customer service was horrible in the store with the young lady. I feel like if this is how the customers are being treated, I will never spend another dime there. I am very upset, and I had never had this problem before. I think they need to consider changing the people that is running the store, who has better customer service skills because they are terrible.
