I liked to try the product, as it was 12 months 100% money back guarantee. When I e-mailed them what I should do to get a refund, nobody replied to my e-mails. I sent around 4 e-mails without any reply. I am very disappointed with their customer service and I don't know what to do. I spent USA$189.99 and I would like a refund as I was promised.
