Simmons Beauty Rest (Wandsworth) Mattress set purchased 3/19/2011, delivered on 3/22/11. My husband who is only home 1 to 2 nights per week due to travels for work, his side of the bed seems much weaker than the other side; there is already a sunken place at the head of the bed which makes you feel as if your legs/feet are higher than your head even with pillows. I myself can actually feel the individual springs in this mattress set. At this time I am very very dissatisfied with this set, I have a bad back and cannot sleep on this set without waking up several times throughout the night due to this being so uncomfortable. This is the second mattress set I have purchased through Mattress Warehouse, even the first set had to be returned. I will say the salespersonell at Mattress Warehouse are very kind and friendly to work with; they are not the problem, it is the product. I am at this time requesting a full refund!
