Ordered 3 nailpolishes from them. They charged my card immediately and sent me a receipt. After about a week, I realized that it never shipped and they never sent me anything saying they were out of stock. I sent an email asking where my products were and when they might be shipped. Most companies charge your card once they begin to process and ship the order. This was not the case with them. They charged me and didn't send my products. I never got a response from the email. A few days later, I called their "customer service" line. It took me about 10 tries to ever get an answer and it was a generic answering machine with no company name. Left message, no returned call. I finally got an answer a few tries later, some lady with a thick accent answered, said the owner had stepped out and would return my call shortly. No call back. I tried a few more times, never got another answer. About a week later, I sent an email demanding a refund and complained about the lack of communication and taking my money without any products and not keeping me posted on what was going on. Few days later, still no response so I had to complain to the better business bureau. They never returned my email and a few days later simply refunded my money with no apologies or explanation. It took an email telling them I was sending a complain to the BBB to finally get a refund. This company/website is extremely sketchy. I would never purchase from them again.
