I ordered some drapes from this company, they weren't quite what I wanted. I returned them and was told it would be 3 to 4 weeks before I received my refund. I also had to pay for the return and the refund will be less 10% for restocking. I have emailed them 3 times but haven't received a response. I've called but have been told they would email me when the refund comes through. I can't seem to get past the operator.
