I have boarded swaraj express from mumbai today 22/3/10, my pnr 8138423234, we are 6 passengers, in Coach B-4 seat 33 to 38.

We have been giving Bedding ie 1 Blanket, 2 Bed sheet & 1 pillow, all the stuff is in very bad condition, it seems to be used for months without washing.

Previously used bedding is having Hair, food stuff let over of previous passenger. How can such Filthy stuff delivered to customers ??

The attendant is helpless and cannot answer as well replace the stuff as he has stock of such unused bedding which he distributed to entire coach.

Hope to get it rectified in the next earliest stn ( if customer service really matters for Railway )

Due action to be taken against the contractor and necessary compensation to us.
