I ordered a bed from bedroom king in May/2007. In about 5 days I received an email that the bed was back ordered and if I was still interested in the bed. I no longer wanted the bed so I canceled my order on June 4th. After several calls to them, it is now June 30th and no refund. This is the worst experience that I have had in ordering something via internet. BUYERS BEWARE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU PLAN TO CANCEL, THEY WILL NOT CREDIT YOUR ACCOUNT.
