Great customer service and they have always been quick to respond in an emergency. Most recently they even came out and repaired my system at no charge even though it was beyond the warrantee.

My call got answered immediately, I got the info I wanted--they are too far from me so I wasn't able to hire them--but they helped, were FAST HELPFUL INFORMATIVE... so if you are near them--use them!!

Technician came from Bee heating & Air Conditioning was courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly resolved our air conditioning problems. He was terrific in keeping me informed as to when he was going to arrive so that I could leave work at just the right time and I didn't have to sit around the house waiting.
