My Acer aspire laptop was stolen on the 20th nov.2007 when i boarded a bus from stanmore to edgware. I quickly called laptop direct's customer service for several hours,the line was busy and i was told to drop a message (which i have done repeatedly) that one of the agents will speak to me later, but none has called me. I went further to send them a mail (to ROB nd NICK) yet no response still. I have also gone further to write a letter to AUCTION 4U and LAPTOPS DIRECT yet with no response.
