Bell provides calling cards to its customers to aid in convenient charging of calls made from a phone other than your own. Problem is that if you use the card in the US (San Diego in my case) the fees are ridiculously high through a third party supplier. My calling card was used for calls from San Diego to Quebec, with charges of over $7.50 per minute. After tax, a 3 minute call cost $19.44. These cards are not convenient and Bell is ripping you off.
