I received the Bell & Howell Solar Motion Activated Animal Repeller and after letting it stand in the sun for 24 hr's like the instructions say to do? My neighbor and his dog came over and I was standing talking with him when it came to me that the dog was right in front of the Animal repeller and it did not affect the dog at all, so I called and they told me to let it stay in the sun for a few days and it should work, I asked for an RMA and they hung the phone up, called again and they put me on hold, so needless to say I'm stuck with this defective box.
