WHAT A JOKE!!! The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Unbelievable!!! Do they really think we're going to take waiting on the phone for hours and hours days and days without expecting some form of credit to our bill!!! We should not be limited to only the credit for the services we didn't get but ordered but how about credit for all the aggravation!!! NOPE! Unbelievable.
