This company put in a Polris pump using a wrong sized pipe to fit it into the system. They attempted to fix the pump, but the seal in the pump had already been broken causing a massive leak. They had promised a warranty on parts and labor, but once they found out that they had made this mistake they stopped returning calls and hang up on me when I call their business.

A complaint was filed with the Better Business Bureau, but they lied and wrote back to the BBB saying that the problem had been resolved and that I was happy with the outcome. This was a bold faced lie. Do not use this company to install your swimming pool.
