I dropped off a pair of jeans to be hemmed two weeks ago. It's quite pricy at $13.95, comparing to $7.00 in Korean Town, $9.50 in West LA, $12.00 at certain tailors. This cleaner is right across street from my apartment buildiing, so I figured it's more convenient. It took a week to get them done. Once I was ready to pick up my pants, the thread used was in wrong color, and the line of stiches weren't even straight. The worst quality of work I've even seen so far. They said they would redo it. Three days later, I went back to pick them up. Again, the line of stiches weren't straight. I complained, but they won't refund me anything. I certainly won't go there anymore. Hope other customers will watch out when they get their clothes tailored there.
