I ordered a trial offer of bellabright teeth whitner, upon receiving the product and trying it I was not satisfied with the results and called the 1-866-242-7492 customer service number where an automated system, not even a customer service rep, advised me that my account was successfully cancled. Epecting that I had followed the so called "terms" and that I would not be charged for the product, I failed to notice that I was infact being charged for a product I canceled, $84.36 over a period of 4 MONTHS!!! With little faith in the little to no customer service avaliable for this scam of a company, I was forced to change all my account and debit card information in order to surely cease any more fraudulant charges! Way too much hasle and loss of hard earened money for NO reason, this is why I hope writing this complait will help someone else not to go through the hardships I experienced! - Jessica C. B.
