I ordered a movie in late November and received confirmation of it being shipped on December 4. I paid using PayPal but now can't find the transaction on PayPal yet I can see where PayPal deducted the money from my checking account. Belledvd must have received their money or they wouldn't have sent the shipping notification. But it is now January 15 and I have not received my dvd, nor an answer to either of the two emails I sent. I used PayPal for my safety against such as this and now it looks like I don't have recourse through them either.
