I had ordered coffee from Seattle/Bellezza Coffee - the online advertisment said 5 for $ 5. Anyone reading this would think that you get 5 items for a total of $5.00. However this is not the case. My checking account was charged $25.00. I called their 800 number of 1-866-794-2030 and left a message, stating that I wanted my account CANCELLED, and money refunded now, and if this wasn't done, then I was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau for false advertisement. I received a call back and the message stated that they would refund my money and it would take 5-7 business days for this to happen, and to return the package when I received it. Also they went on stating that each item was $5.00 therefore making it $25 total with free shipping and handling. Never once on the website did it say ANYTHING about each item being $5.00; if that was the case I would not of purchased it.
