We bought two tickets from bellview ailines to travel to Lagos from Heathrow Terminal 2 on 16th August 2009. The flight schedule was changed to 17th instead of of our requested date. On getting to the airport the flight was delayed for over two hours and there was no apologies from the airline. We were latter transfered to another airline (Alitalia). On arriving to lagos our entire suitcases that checked in did not arrive and for five days we were stranded without our belongings.Our situation was worstened on the 5th of september 2009 when we were to travel back to London. On getting to the airport to check-in and travel there was no airline representive to either check us in. At that point we were stranded. We ended up buying another tickets with Emirates airline that carried us to Heathrow via Dubai on the same date and arrived the second day. DEMANDS: Full refunds from the airlines and compensations.
