The owners did not put us in the room we booked. Instead they placed us in a dirty, dilapidated and bug infested room in which half the appliances were faulty. It also lacked essentials like toilet paper and clean towels. We were also without electricity or hot water for the majority of our stay. Never mind compensation, the owners didn't even care enough to apologize or even speak to us regarding our complaints. There are much better places with better rooms and a better attitude towards quality.
