I sent for the bennoti coffee machine as seen on tv, received the machine look at it email the company and said i wanted to return they told me to send it back i did that on Dec 1 they received it Dec 4 i still did not receive a refund i have emailed them on answer called you get a recording they tell you to email for faster response that does not work what do i have to do now this company should not be allowed to sell on tv or any other place.
