This company claims they were started in 1999 as a tax company. The truth is they were started by a David Hare in CT as a mortage company and has been dormant for over 10 years until Quantum Financial was sold to him. So now all the sudden they claim they have been in business for over 10 years as a tax company which is bullshit. The sales people over there are all hooked on drugs and are in and out of jail for one reason or another. They have no licensed tax professionals who work cases. All their attorney's and enrolled agents left after they found out the company was fradulent.
