I ordered Astratin-90 ml Drops from Berlin Homeo Products through their web-site http://www.astratin.com
on 03/15/2010, order 188-85-2484. The web-site says
>> If you do not receive your shipment with in two weeks of ordering you will be eligible for a refund or a reshipment. Please contact us if your order is late in arriving.
So I contacted the company several times. Every time I got a response
>>As your order is most likely lost in the post, we are reshipping you a
replacement free of charge this afternoon by international airmail.
Please let us know immediately if you still havent received your order by
this time and we will be glad to be of help.

So I do not this item any more, and I'd like my money back.
