I've been getting a number of these unapporved charges on my account. I don't know how nor whom is getting my information and chargeing my account for these bogus scams that I didn't order, never been to there webpage let alone give them my account information. All I know is the this had best better stop NOW as I have printed out a copy of my account information and forwarded it to the Federal Fraud Division of the FBI and the Internest Fraud and Identity theft branches of the FBI. My attorney advised me to take these steps, along with in Missouri, I have to inform these companies of actions taken against them and allow 72 hrs for them to return ALL frunds to my account and remove my Name, E-mail address and account information from their lists. Should they fail to do so, I am to call my Attorney along with the State Attorney General and they will file both civil and criminal respectfully, by law permtting.
