I ordered this on line when I received the products on mail 2-3 days when they mailed it(12/11/09) I mailed it back within the grace period 12/17/09 via first class parcel postal service. When I recieved it from the statement enclosed Berrytropic cleanse is not available so the company send me A natural cleanse which is the same action with acaiberrytropic. For a personal reason about my condition I decided to return it. So I called the no. on that statement 1-8889478745 regarding the return item. Since then The costumer service couldn't locate the returned item, always telling me that give them 5 days to find it out. I told them it will only take 3-5 days mail to arrive this one is more than 20 days. I called the no. in my visa credit and try to call the no. it says voice mail is full. Now when I check the Berrytropic website but couldn't get into it.
