DO NOT GET SERVICE at Berts, I took my quad there for complete service and valve adjustment, $550, first time out the motor blew apart, totally destroyed. The shop I took it to said both spark plugs were loose and it got it so hot the piston seized which took out the rod and crank.. I took it back to Berts they had the service manager (who knows nothing about customer service) tell me that the rod pin busted (he said very common in Yamaha)(why would I ever buy another?) and for me to pound sand they were taking no responsibility. These people are crooks and thieves. STAY AWAY FROM BERTS, there is a reason they have such a bad reputation, they deserve it.
