Bought a ZGPS online to be delievered as a gift to another state. Product was previously used by someone else, returned to Best Buy damaged and they sent it out as a new, unused product. Receipient went to a Local Best Buy in the city where they lived and Best Buy told here the about information about the product and refused to help her or offer and immediate exchange for a new one. It had to be shipped back to me and now I have been waiting 6 days to get a Damaged Merchandise Return label email to me. They have complete instructions on exactly how I want all this matter handled but they seem very confused about the entire issue the last three times I have called customer service. I have yet to get the label and am really disturbed at the handling of this entire matter. What to do now is the question.
