all but out right called a liar/scammer about warrenty cord replacement(2nd one) then after three weeks and no less than 10 hours they sent me a cord with multible plug with a piece of paper with something about voltage may not match. it was a piece of junk and caused a huge burn on my knee. (i am a quadrapalgeic) and was also denied my service reps name, corporate info. my attorney friend is just a chompin at the bit about this one. all complete with photos and notes with all my calls except of course the ones i was hung up on, called a liar, (all but saying the words) not to mention i will pay it forward. i have never been treated so badly, poor quality parts. i have been using best buy for almost all my electronis purchases from texas to cali. never again. anymore burn victims out there? almost a lol, but i am sure as hell not!!!
