On Nov 23 my wife and I were given incorrect information, by a sales person at BEST BUY, about a Toshiba Laptop computer the store was selling. This incorrect information will cost us $270 if we decide to purchase the laptop in question. If I make a mistake I dont expect others to bear the cost of that mistake. Evidently Brian Dunns business doesnt run on the same principle.
