In August 2009, I contracted with Best Credit Repair Man to remove negative information from my Experian and Transunion credit reports.

I paid the full service fee of $500. They were unable to remove the negative information, and on June 15, 2010, I contacted them via emailed and first class mail requesting a refund.

I have not received a response.

I filed a complaint with the BBB. As of today, they have not responded to the BBB.
