I had ordered the trail sample and paid the shipping and handling. When I got my statement on my Wellness Card that is like a credit card I was charged $93.95 and this was on 07/03/2009 and I have not been able to get my money back from them yet.

Signed up for a free trial. Pay for only shipping and handling. Received the product about a week later then another week and I get billed an addtional $88.00.

I didn't notice the "Terms and conditions" which according to them said that
I had 14 days from day of order (not receipt) of product to evaluate.

On the 15th day they would ship another 30 day supply and bill me a discounted price of $88.00 plus shipping and handling.

They DIDn't send the next bottle but they DID charge $88.00 but they DIDn't charge shipping.

However the same "Terms and Conditions states that I had 30 days money back guarantee. They wouldn't deal when I called but when I got the bank involved the bank got both of us on the phone and the new person at the company agreed with me and issued a refund.

Their site Says they have 47 offers left and it said so the day I ordered.

While MAYBE legal. CERTAINLY unethical.

The Reason they have to charge so much is people like me who demand their money back. If I were happy with the product and it did what it said I would fork over maybe $25 per month to continue with it but only if I KNOWINGLY order it.

I believe they are connected with Acai Advanced. They seem to use the same webmaster and they do the same thing but I caught them before they billed me.
