They have sold me a credit card terminal that now will not work properly. I have for the last week spent over 6 hours on the phone mostly on hold trying to remedy this problem. At first they promised me a new machine within 24 to 48 hours. When no machine arrived they changed their story stating that I would get an update via email on how to bring the machine up to date with new software downloads. But after a week I still have no information on how to process this download. Now the machine has completely quit and I continue to get piss poor service. On one occasion the brat I got in customer service actually told me to call a new number which turned out to be Office Max. What a joke!
