I purchased on line a free trail of Viagra by agreeing to pay shipping & handling costs of $15.95. using my debit card. They charged my account again $59.95 for an initial total charge of $79.90 for the product. They have since charged my account $79.90 two more times (monthly) and there has been no product delivered or any requested. They are doing business as Best Quality Meds changing their name to Health Care Meds & Healthcare Store on billings. Dates 4/22/09, 5/26/09, 6/17/09.
They are very elusive no phone number or valid address to contact.
