Was going on a cruise from3/9/08-3/16/08 and decided to fly in to Fla on 3/8/08; I called up in Feb and gave my credit card and told the person that I would be arriving very early in the morning of 3/09/08;I was assured that I would be picked-up at the airport; Imagine my horror when the plane arrived at about 2:00A.M. in the morning and I called to be picked up and not only was I told that the pick-up service stopped at 10:ooPM(I wouldh've taken a cab)but they gave my room away.I wound up sleeping at the airport(called several other hotels in the area and they were all booked). I called corporate and they offered me $35.00-50.00 off my next stay telling me that my room should have never been given away; I told them thanks but no thanks and I will never stay at one of their places again
