I ordered parts from bestboatparts.com and received some of them however they shorted the order and said they would send the rest. They never did I have sent several e-mails and made several unanswered phone calls to them.

I was able to leave a message only once due to the fact they usually just don't answer the phone nor do they have a good answering service . I can not believe after spending the thousands of dollars last year with them that they did this.

I will NEVER do business with them again and would advise you not to also . It is my understanding that the father Skip senior passed away in the fall of 08 and his son is now running the show. Well he is not doing very good and I will be taking my business elsewhere!

Do yourself a favor don't deal with this fly by night outfit or you'll get ripped off like i did.
