this has to be the WORST company I have EVER purchased from...wrong item came before Christmas and I have still had no response to aid me in making a return...no RMA number etc as promised and they have a time limit on returns...whether by phone or email...NO resolution or response...a total exercise in futility !!! I cannot use the product I received and am NEVER going to use this company again!!!
