I had ordered the complete series of the show Third Watch, when i recieved them I looked at the dvd's only 3 of the 21 dvd's were good I sent letters to them and explained what was wrong they said they would replace them, I have never heard from them again. I don"t know what else to do, I have no return address or anything, the name of the person who sent me the letter was Julian Menard
